Bulgari’s latest high jewelry collection, “Magnificent Inspirations,” is an artistry of color and light inspired by Rome and its environs and rich history. The collection consists of three categories: “Diva’s Dream Eleganza” combines sapphire blues and emerald greens into contemporary designs inspired by the Dolce Vita stars of Rome’s golden era of cinema. “Ispirazioni Italieane” draws on the magical shades and light of the Roman landscape using deep-hued gems that echo the scope of Mediterranean colors from rich red sunsets to crisp blue waters. “Parentesi Hamata,” the third category, finds its muse in history. The antique cuirass of a Roman knight’s armor inspired these glittering pieces. Selections from “Magnificent Inspirations” will be available from Bulgari’s Paris boutique during this week’s Haute Couture week.
